Sew its Monday...

My weekends are never, ever crafty. I wish they were, as there is a great Stitch 'N B*&$% that meets on Sundays, and the ladies are wonderful! (Did I mention they meet very close to my house?!)
Starting this week, I am going to use Monday as the master sewing crafting planning day. How does that sound?
making recycled soaker out of this poor abused sweater

This week's agenda includes:
Sewing a recycled wool soaker for Baby V. with THIS pattern:

My blue blue linen and pattern
Sewing Simplicity Cynthia Rowley # 2584 (ok, more realistically, cutting out the pieces for this dress out of deep blue linen fabric).

What are you sewing this week? Feel free to post your links in the comments!

  1. I'm finishing a fleece jacket for my one year old daughter - if I can get over the anxiety I have with collars!

    1. Misha, I would love to see your work in progress! Is it a round or pointed collar? They are both a cinch, but maybe do a practice one in another fabric or the same fabric if you have extra. Thank you for your comment!
