It was supposed to snow a bit here in San Antonio, and I am sad there is none outside. I was always fascinated by the simple beauty of the way the snow fell, so delicately.
I wanted to go to Homegoods yesterday, but with 2 sick little ones that was not possible. Not that they would jump for joy to go if they werent sick. I want to find some special items for this room makeover I blogged about HERE.
Instead of Googling something, I look it up on Pinterest first. Is that weird?
I just started Letter and Spirit by Scott Hahn. I love his work but am thinking I need something a bit more "beginner". Any ideas?
This week my goal to connect for real instead of virtually did not work out because the kids were sick. I sooo wanted to take them to the San Antonio Museum of Art, where there is a special kids playdate every Wednesday, this week was hosted by one of my favorite bloggers, Maker Mama.
My dear friend from across the country told me that she wants to do a new preschool activity with her little one every day! I am totally inspired by this and am going to make a special Pinterest board for it, naturally. But I am also thinking of maybe exchanging some preplanned activities via the mail so that way we can reuse and save ourselves some planning every other week. I need to check with her first though.
I found few craft supplies from when I was younger. Missing from the picture is a seed bead loom and some Crayola Watercolors (the watercolors look waay more high quality than the ones sold today)

I love the idea of doing a new preschool activity every day. It's totally manageable and would be so much fun.
ReplyDeleteHaha, I don't google either....Pinterest is either and has visuals! Totally what I need....
