No pictures today, just a few words.
Happiness is a good week, filled with stories, nourishing rain, great deals, and cuddling time. It is a mother reminded of the gifts bestowed on her each day as she can see every moment of her children's lives. It is being reminded of what is important and what is not.
Happiness is a planned week, with flexibility but structure. Happiness is sharing a watermelon with two kids who don't care that watermelon juice is running down their sweet little arms. Happiness is reading the same book over and over again, and jumping up for joy when a new favorite is found. It is finding a favorite bear or baby doll and showing them how to read a book or jump on the bed. It is pretending to be a monkey and not using any words, just like a monkey.
Happiness is writing down thoughts on paper with a pen.
Happiness is God's grace granted to me in times of frustration. It is making more time for prayer and realizing that God is near. What a gift! It can change your life, I know it has changed mine.
What makes you happy?
